Project Description
This project features 6 No. semi-detached, double storey maisonettes. Each maisonette has a small back and front yard with a ground floor area of 112 m2, as well as balconies to the front of the first floor. This project won the Zambia Institute of Architects Tri-annual Design Award in 1987.
