Dr -Ing. (Aachen), Dipl. -Ing. (Weimar)

A qualified architect registered under Cap 442 of the Laws of Zambia, Mwape holds a Doctorate in Architecture from the Technical University of Aachen, Germany. With over 40 years of practice, Mwape possesses vast management experience, and a wealth of professional knowledge with regards to implementation and supervision of building projects of varying categories and sizes. Aside from his position as Partner at Ndilila Associates Architects, Mwape is a very active member of the local industry, serving on various boards within the construction and commerce industries.



Dipl. -Ing. (Weimar)

Following the completion of her Master's Degree in Architecture from the University of Weimar, Germany; Irene has since gathered over 40 years' professional experience in both Germany and Zambia. As a German national, Irene migrated to Zambia in 1980 and has over 37 years of practice within the local industry. Irene is registered under Cap 442 of the laws of Zambia to practice the architectural profession in Zambia.  As a founding partner of Ndilila Associates, Irene takes the role of Lead Consultant and Project Architect in the design and supervision of projects of varying categories and sizes.


MSc. Arch. (Aachen), B. Arch (Kent), Dipl. T. (Perth, WA)

Chobela holds a Master of Science in Architecture from the Technical University of Aachen, Germany; a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Kent, UK and a Diploma in Building Design and Technology from TAFE College, Western Australia. Chobela has been with Ndilila Associates for three years. She has gathered over 8 years' professional experience within the local construction industry, previously serving as Country Land Manager at Lafarge Zambia Plc. Chobela has significant experience in project- and asset-management within the construction industry.

B. Arch (Chelmsford UK), Dipl. Design & Applied Arts (Cambridge UK)

Having a passion for art and creativity Ding'ile obtained a diploma in Design and Applied arts from Cambridge Ruskin International College (CRIC) in 2014 and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Architecture from Anglia Ruskin University, Chelmsford, UK in 2018. As part of her architectural training, she received practical instruction under G.E.S Architects and Ndilila Associates Architects. Ding’ile makes use of computer aided design (CAD) applications to translate architectural concepts into expressive, functional and buildable design projects. 


B.A. Interior and Product Design (Florence, Italy)

Grace studied Interior and Product Design at the Accademia Italiana in Florence, Italy. Grace applies her interior and product design expertise to all her projects through her efficient use of Computer Aided Design Applications such as AutoCAD, Cinema 4D, Photoshop, Indesign and Adobe Illustrator software. In addition to being an Interior and Product Designer and Architect in Training, Grace is passionate about periodic and classic design in architecture, interior and product design.



B. Arch, MSc. Arch (Rabat, Morocco)

Victor holds a Master of Science in Architecture (with Honours) from the National School of Architecture of Rabat Morocco, where he specialised in sustainability in building design and urban concepts centred around the human scale. He has  four years' work experience, including local and international projects in the private and public sector.s With a project portfolio that ranges from residential to commercial projects, Victor has a mastery of an array of computer aided design (CAD) software which he utilises to bring architectural concepts to life.


B. Arch (CBU, Kitwe), Cert. Facilities Management (UCT)

Mukosa is a Registered Architect with Zambia Institute of Architects (ZIA) and has 4 years working experience. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture with Merit from the Copperbelt University. Further to this, Mukosa holds a post-graduate certificate in Facilities Management from the University of Cape town. Mukosa is proficient in computer aided design (CAD) and possesses significant experience in contract management. She is passionate about designing spaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing but functional aswell; strongly adhering to the "form follows function" architectural principle. During her time at Ndilila Associates Architects, Mukosa has gained experience on Residential, Commercial, Healthcare and Educational projects.



Chimwemwe is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Architecture degree at the Namibia University of Science and Technology. Chimwemwe takes particular interest in the effect of design on the behavior of the end user. Chimwemwe aspires to develop his architectural skill in order to impact society through environmental sustainability and economic affordability in architectural practice. Chimwemwe is proficient in his use of computer aided design, such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop and Adobe InDesign applications.
