Dr. Francis Mwape Ndilila
Founding Partner
Mwape is a Registered Architect with Zambia Institute of Architects (ZIA). He holds a Doctorate in Architecture from the Technical University of Aachen (Germany). With over 40 years of practice, Mwape possesses vast management experience, and a wealth of professional knowledge with regards to implementation and supervision of building projects of varying categories and sizes. Aside from his position as Partner at Ndilila Associates Architects, Mwape is an active member of the local industry, serving on various boards within the construction and commerce industries.
Irene Ndilila
Founding Partner
Irene is a Registered Architect with Zambia Institute of Architects (ZIA). She holds a Master's Degree in Architecture from the University of Weimar (Germany). As a German national, Irene migrated to Zambia in 1980 and has over 40 years of practice within the local industry. As a founding partner of Ndilila Associates, Irene takes the role of Lead Consultant and Project Architect in the design and supervision of projects of varying categories and sizes.
Chobela Ndilila
Principal Architect
Chobela is a Registered Architect with Zambia Institute of Architects (ZIA). She holds a Master of Science in Architecture from the Technical University of Aachen (Germany); a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Kent (UK) and a Diploma in Building Design and Technology from TAFE College (Western Australia). She has over 10 years' professional experience within the local construction industry.
Abraham Banda
Assistant Architect
Abraham holds a Bachelor of Architecture with Credit from the Copperbelt University. He combines creativity and academic knowledge to design aesthetic and functional spaces where people can live and use for different kinds of activities. His work reflects the phrase “simplicity is the essence of design”.
Ng'andwe Mwaba
Assistant Architect
Ng’andwe holds a Master of Science in Architecture from the National School of Architecture (Morocco). The focus of his study was Sustainable, Resilient and Socially inclusive Architecture, with emphasis on densely populated communities. He has a combined work experience of 2 years, both in Zambia, and Morocco.
Andrew Masakata Kabaye
Assistant Architect
Andrew holds a BSc. (Hons) in Architectural Design from City University of Malaysia accredited by The Board of Architects Malaysia (Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia – L.A.M) in which he was awarded the Academic Excellence Award. He strives to positively impact the architectural landscape with functional and sustainable design.
Bruce Mulenga
Accounts
Bruce has over 10 years of experience in the field of finance and accounting. His work has ranged from handling taxation, pensions and insurance to registration of company assets. He supports the technical team in management of payroll, banking related matters, maintaining daily bank balance records, providing monthly expenditure forecasts, establishing and maintaining a system of record keeping on job related reimbursable expenditure, ensuring the smooth running of the company.
Davies Mubanga
Administration
Davies holds a double major Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science and Development Studies from the University of Zambia. He has three years’ experience in administration and supports the technical team in administrative planning and in the management of electronic and manual job records.
