Our brief was to create something out of the ordinary - something inconspicuous from the front yet grand and luxurious inside. This is a 5 bed, 5.5 bath off-grid (solar and gas powered) family home; kitted with a games room, double volume living space, gym, office, basement parking and a private internal courtyard and basement atrium.
